By purchasing from a Collector Vends machine, you agree to the following:

• All products are sold sealed and unopened.
• Pokémon Trading Card Game products contain random contents. Refunds or exchanges will not be given based on the cards received.
• If a transaction fails or a product is not dispensed, an automatic refund may be issued. If not, please contact us with your transaction details.
• Product availability and pricing may vary between machines and are subject to change.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or attempted tampering.
• Customers must check they have received the correct item before leaving the machine.
• Collector Vends is not responsible for delays or failures caused by power outages, network interruptions, payment provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any attempt to damage, tamper with, or interfere with our machines may result in legal action.
• These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
